2014 – 34th Annual Sesser-Valier Holiday Tournament
Scheduled for December 26th, 27th, 29th, & 30th, 2014 . . . In order for our tournament to continue having the success that it has had in the past, we need many volunteers.

Some of you have volunteered during past tournaments, and we are deeply grateful for your help.  We need your help again this year.  Perhaps you have never assisted because you were not aware of the need.  We need adults to volunteer in:

1. The kitchen to prepare food for the hospitality rooms.
2. The players and cheerleaders hospitality room.
3. The coaches, officials, media, administrators, & special guests hospitality
4. The concession stand.

Many of our teams, boys and girls, are asked to work shifts in the concession stand.  If only three or four parents of the players who are working each shift would also commit to work the same shift as their son or daughter, then no one would be required to work countless hours during the four-day event.

Would you consider volunteering during this year’s tournament?  A sign up sheet will be available during home games until the tournament begins.  You may also contact the high school office to reserve your shift.  If you need additional information, do not hesitate to contact the high school office.
